On the
http://www.dglphilatelics.com/sq_10c.html link, if you scroll down to the Second
Ottawa printings 1889-97 section, you will see the 10c
Strip in Brown Red, perforated 12.0x12.2. Being the last one he shows, that would indicate (to me) that it refers to the 1895-1897 printing.
No where does he indicate a Montreal Gazette printing.
