As there is no apparent denomination, I am assuming these are not postage stamps. But does anyone know what they are? Thanks.

Hi,

These are Russian charity/semi-postal stamps from 1922 raising funds for famine relief.

There was no explicit face value because the rouble was changing value rapidly when they were printed.

This one was sold for 20r + 5r and is SG 287 / Scott #B36.
