odd italian stamp imperforated together scott#105 and ??

is this possible? is there such an oddity as this? any ideas?

Italian stamp with an advertising vignet (R4 in the Michel catalogue). Used only in Italy itself in 1924/1925. Catalogue value used around 30 euro's. Please note that this example is severely damaged at the bottom and off center. Kind regards, Johan.

i located the scott # number as 105f used VF $65.00 (scott catalog 2011):perf 14 all the way around,and imperf between 1924-25.

ok I "soaked and cleaned" the reverse of the stamp,and uploaded new
photos below..

The stamp has a tear at the bottom, a crease in the midle , the perforation cut the design, so may be worth few $$
