Love those '87 Christmas stamps! Which mounts are you using?

I purchased 5Kg of mounts from a dealer closing.
A full mixed bag of mint,old, used, and floorsweepings.

I collect on a tight budget, so I use what I can get hold of.

Regime:
My basic choice is "open top", I can swap stamps in a trice if I get a better quality.

So, I use all sorts, I cut showguard in half, to get 2 x strips of open top.
The clear mounts I think were "Lighthouse" ?

The crinkly mounts (forget the name) I throw in the bin, they are recalcitrant.

Nice little find.

Is the overprint over the postmark there, Rod, or is it just my dodgy eyesight?

I cannot say, I have never fully understood how members can detect such a thing. I see it here often, but remain discombobulated.

Opinion:
I would very much doubt it, such a bourgeois stamp and Postmark.
However, philately does often serve up the "Believe it or not"
