I took a look but did not find the booklet covers being sold separately. Nor the staples.

Fortunately, these advertising tabs are never hinged, otherwise they would be even less than worthless.

Ha ha ha

She has good feedback but it looks as if maybe she has mainly been dealing in antiques and garage sale level merchandise. My guess is she came across a stamp hoard someone inherited, knows nothing abut stamps, and is just throwing stuff out there hoping to get a sale.

At one time I would message someone like this gently telling them they were wasting their time and fees but refuse to waste the effort now. Half never reply, maybe someone will thank me and a good number will get snarky. Best to let them learn for themselves.

Somehow the seller managed to insert this lot into a reasonably-correct section of ebay, the U.S. stamps-back of the book section. So there seems to have been at least some knowledge of stamps. Or maybe they just got lucky.

I, too, almost never contact the seller to nicely explain a possible issue with their lot, though I used to. After a while, I realized it was like trying to empty a full bathtub, one teaspoon full at a time.

Here's the link to the lot:

They clearly know something about stamps -- they've been selling stuff for a while. Some bargins can be had:

I admire this seller's tenacity. Or maybe it's just stubbornness.

She/he has knocked $4 off the asking price from three months ago, so act quick!

I wish that she offered express shipping because I want them now! These have the rare albino "z" double transfer semi- magenta error which is unlisted but I know about it.

Maybe we should ask the seller what plate positions these are from. You know, just for clarification purposes.
