thank you for the perfect explanation, now I understand as I'm looking at it.

here are 2 pics of something I can't ID at all but one looks austrian and the other is russian (mobile cam sorry for not the best pics) thanks

first is a seal for close covers, this is not a stamp . I will guess the second one too, but I can confirm , it may be only an ornement
