Just spend my yearly budget for stamps . Wife is going to be P.O. ,because we agreed to reduce my stamp inventory .
O'well- happy their will be a big improvement in my German Colonies collections . After I got the auction catalog from Daniel Kelleher Auctions with their offerings of a vast amount of German areas and Colonies I knew I would read those descriptions of each lot 5 or 10 times before I decided which ones I would bid on .
Today did on line bidding and won a few things and their new internet access lines are even faster than in the past .
Monday morning will be selling off a few stocks after the stock market opens ,I guess that's a great reason to liquidate a investment .

I don't understand what 'P.O.' really means, but I guess my wife is having the same kind of reactions quite frequently as well...

Congrats with you German colonies

floortrader,

If you're working on your German Colonies, feel free to let me know what holes you need to fill. I have quite a few extras.

There were some flat out gorgeous accumulations in this Kelleher auction, especially in the German area. I briefly thought about bidding on some, but then slapped myself, as I'm already spread too thin, both financially and with respect to collecting focus.

I was hoping to pick up some new inventory at this sale, but the bidding for US was heavy and everything moved way out of my price range. Kelleher's new offices are really nice and modern and much larger than their old place. I think they did quite well at this auction too.

I saw those German colonies. Impressive. But, I went for; and got; the postally used Poland collection, since Poland is one of my several specialty areas.
