Look to be common. They are from the 4th bureau issue, one of my favorites. No real financial value but a great set to collect.

catalogs will show these stamps have value... however there is no stamp dealership in the world who would offer to buy them.... so does that make them valuable or worthless? hard to tell.

Certainly not worthless. If a couple were full gum with no hinge mark that would be better but we can't tell from the scans.
