Hi

Does anyone know when this Sun Yat-sen 14 Dollars stamp of Taiwan (ROC) was issued.

Despite seeming to be a presumably commonplace issue, I can't find it anywhere - not even on the ROC's own government database of stamp issues! Or Google images, or e-bay etc. I'm doing something wrong?
Any help appreciated.

That may not help. In Great Britain most folks do not use Scott. Can you give us a year of issue?
