Kind of bored, so I went browsing.

This test booklet is supposed to have a "specimen" overprint, as illustrated in the Scott Specialized catalog. Without the overprint, it's just 2475a. Which is apparently exactly what he's selling.

The centering isn't even close to comparable:

Not even close to consistent with his own stamps:

But, but if they are listed with so high a price, they must be genuine and worth it.

Could be he's got a good business plan after all.

I mean, someone convinced us to drink tap water out of plastic bottles for $1.00+ each, instead of just putting a glass under the faucet.

So he may be on to something.

In today's day and age, there are many options out there for buyers to look for whatever they want online in order to find the best prices out there for whatever it is that they are looking for only if they is willing to do a little searching on their part rather than just settling for the first item that they happen to come across. With so many different sellers and so many different products in competition with each other out there, it really is a buyers market for those who know how and what to look for.

I have seen several instances on ebay where an item is going higher and higher on auction as if it is the only one in existence while at the same time someone else has the exact same item listed for a buy it now price that is much below the auction price. Sometimes it pays to shop around before buying things like stamps.
