Hi Stampers.
Many years ago, I had quite a large collection of stamps relating to the fish of the world. Sadly! I had no choice but to sell them in a time of great need, some 40 years ago. (When needs a must, you must do.) a quote that I read somewhere.

I am now ready to embark once again on that subject, now I have a lot of time on my hands. So I purchased today from ebay my first two lots from two individual sellers both are 500 lots of different stamps. One lot cost me £19.99 and the other £33 postage included. Hopefully their will not be too many duplicates, even though from different sellers.

I also managed to buy the first edition 1999 Stanly Gibbons book on collecting fish stamps for only £4.07. I saw one for sale on book site and cannot belive the price that was being asked a staggering £300 and something pounds. Unbelievable.

Any help from other collectors of this genre would be most usefull to me and very much apreciated.

Along the way, I am hoping to collect some like minded friends on this
excellent community.

Thank you for the time you take to read this post.

Thanks for your input shermae. Some lovely images.
Shame that a lot of them are hosted on sites that
do not show up.

Thanks again.
