Jim, would you mind posting a higher reolution image of the stamp itself? Not to throw the thread off-tangent, I contend that some of the examples of R191d expertized as triple overprints are actually quadruple overprints:

Thanks Jim. Images added to my thread linked above. In a nutshell, just like other examples I have seen, I believe it to be a quad overprint rather than triple.
