The United States 41˘ Year of the Rat stamp will be issued Jan. 9, 2008.
A first-day ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. at the
Nob Hill Masonic Center,
1111 California St., San Francisco, Calif.
Requests for first-day cancellations must be postmarked by March 8.
Envelopes addressed for return (you can use peelable labels)
with the new stamps affixed should be sent to:
