I have received the stamp 1L134 (Scott) Northeast China 1949.
In my Scott 2009, it is evaluated at 250 USD (MNH)
Could you give me a more recent estimation from a more recent Scott catalogue?
In the Michel, it is evaluated at 1500 EUR.

Thank you very much.

The 2015 Scott catalog lists an original #1L134 at $950. However, reprints of this stamp exist and are abundant (there are a hundred or more reprints for every original). Scott prices the reprint at $2.
