Looking For Info On Some Bill Stamps

Hi, I'm usually posting in the US Classics topics, but I've recently bought a few "Big Blue" Scott International Book 1's, and am now trying to see if I can complete one of these over a bunch of years.

One of the collections I bought on ebay had the Bill Stamps in the image I've uploaded I've looked at some past posts, and know that they aren't listed in Scott. Since they also aren't listed in the Big Blue album, I'm not interested in these.

Are there any collectors who are interested in these? I'd be more than willing to trade them for some other Canadian stamps pre-1940 that I don't already have, including the Provinces. Also, can someone please give me an idea as to C.V. for these, even though a couple of them are faulty?
