Does anyone know where I can get the postcard rates for Austria for 1982 and onward? The United Nations offices in Vienna issued S3 (3 Schilling) and S5 postal cards in 1982. I assume the S3 card was for mailing within Austria. What was the S5 card intended for? Also, in 1982, what was the international postcard rate (say, to the U.S.)?

According to the Austrian Netto Katalog the post card
rates between 1.3.1982 and 1.2.1984 were as follows:

3 S domestic/Inland

4 S to countries which belonged to CEPT

5 S all other international destinations

Thanks for your response.
Where did you get your copy of the Netto catalog. What language is it in?

I actually got my 2014/2015 copy at a Viennese stamp store
while visiting Austria in 2014.
It's written in German.

The catalog is available online.
