I am not sure what the color of this stamp is except that it is not dull blue which is the only listed color for this denomination in the A12 series according to my Scott catalogue: I am going to assume that this a color changeling.

@ stampfan -
Check again... Scott #118 is dull blue, Scott #119 (your stamp) is red...both are A12, with the same 12 1/2 value.

edit: Mr. Becker was faster

Scott has renumbered a lot of countries and series since 1923. Your stamp is unlisted in the 1923 catalog, but is Scott 136 in the 1926-1937 catalogs, and briefly becomes Scott 134 in the 1940 catalog. (I do not know what number it was in 1938-39). The current renumbering for this series occurred between the 1940 and 1941 Scott world catalogs, when it became Scott 119. Please get a much newer catalog.

Not all of the stamps of this series were issued in the same year, it started in 1913 and ended in 1932. Not uncommon in that era. That is why the numbers in the older Scott catalogues jump around. Shown is a section of the Dutch NVPH catalogue it shows the complete series. the years of issue are mentioned, if no year is mentioned, it means issued in 1913. Colorguide: Karmijn means red, Blauw means blue, rood means red, Groen means green, oranje means orange, roodbruin means reddish brown, lila menas lilac , zwartgrijs means greyish black.

As Rod already mentioned the ink is water fugitive, be carefull or do not soak at all.
