Pretty bad. They could have at least trimmed a little better.

Seller notified and promptly removed the listing.

These listings need to be brought to everyone's attention. Thanks

Another incurable one that responds if caught. Just too profitable to curb this behavior. However, we can educate ourselves on this fine forum. Stamp Smarter too.

Notified again. Waiting.

First excuse. Obtained the stamp from a revenue collection purchased on ebay. Now that is foolproof

I am just the guy who would bid on those. How do you know they have been trimmed. I am assuming that's what the problem is. Or is it something else?

The stamp that started this thread has the remnants of the perf showing at top, at the upper left and at the right. The 1˘ telegraph has the bottom side that cut into the stamp design and the left and right margins just look too small, allowing the perfs to have been removed. I will let the Dan and Bart detail the part perf 10˘ certificate problems.

The margins on the certificate are too small for comfort, but I would not want to dismiss it out of hand without an actual examination. It might, and I emphasize might have a chance of being genuine. But there is probably no way to prove it in any case and might well end up as a no opinion.
