What is the E? If that stands for Error, then what is the error?
The stamp itself would be listed under Italian stamps offices abroad or offices Turkish Empire

If you have access to a Stanley Gibbons catalogue, check under Italian Post Offices in the Turkish Empire, C. Individual Offices in Europe and Asia. (a) Constantinople, SG 78 (1922) 3,75 pi. on 25c.
