This really does not seem to be from a postal card. The paper is not thick. Can't seem to find any mention on internet anywhere or in my Scott classic catalogue. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks so so much.

Eric

A substantial number of private stationery issues were made in Bavaria. One of them is PU 13(envelope) 25 Pf orangebrown with numbers in all 4 corners. My best guess is, that it is a cut out from this issue. Kind regards, Johan.

Trimmed Bavaria Scott 66a to resemble an unlisted used Bavaria Scott 66b?
