Dear Friends
the first image is the stamp shows the top perforation side, and the second image is the botton side perforations.Can anyone help me confirm that the top has 11 per and the botton 10?Your help is very much apprreciated.

Blackcat, your pictures are awfully out of focus. Any way you can scan? Better yet, can you get a perforation gauge - that would be a lot better then guessing. By the way, both top and bottom perforations are the same.

The U.S. 4th bureau issue were released in a flat plate print perf 11 and a rotary press print perf 11X10.5

I have 5 such stamps but the one above is half milimeter smaller and the colour is more intense than the others.I assume its from a flat plate has perforations 11 all the 3 sides but the botton part is confusing as when I place a similar stamp(557) below it I get only 10 full perforations as you can see in the image above.If you need I can scan a better image.
