Thanks @rev. There are plenty of examples at the site link you gave where the letters are somewhat crooked, usually the HAI is out of alignment and tilted a bit. However, none of what I saw is to the degree of my example. Also, on my stamp there is extra ink at the lower left of the 2 that I didn't see on any of the examples. What is good is that the A in CHINA on my stamp seems to be proper, a bit lower and tilted to the right.
