Is This 2 Cent Jackson Stamp Ruined?

I had this stamp for some time and not paying attention to it, till one day I realized it was a different figure. Thought it was Washington for the longest. Anyway, the "bullseye", is it still a stamp of value? Treina JA

Treina, I do not think the stamp is ruined. The cancel is great! The stamp itself is not in the best of shapes though.
