I had a similar stamp question , similar stamp. I wanted to know if I had a red , type 1 stamp. I could not really be sure how many lines I was seeing and the color was throwing me. If you dont mind, I 'd like to post mine so as to answer all at once.

I went through the guides, scott.487 possibly for mine? sorry i'm new to this. if im wrong would someone be able to determine it for me?

Jking368, yours is a Type III, which leaves you 2 choices...Scott 450 or 488. Sc 450 has a single line (letter) watermark while 488 has none. Stampsmarter has a discussion on watermarking you can refer to if needed.

TJA1523, same for yours. Yours is a bit more difficult at the extra lines in the ribbon are rather faint, but definitely there.
