Certain sellers on ebay are showing the SCV at $950, but I do not
know where that price is coming from...

The Scott Catalogue price is for Never Hinged which is why they do not list a separate price for NH. I agree with the above posters, I do not do facebook. If you can post it on facebook you can post a scan here.

Facebook has its value. You just do not need to fall into the trap of posting every moment of you life and use the apps. I do not care what you had for dinner.

I see your having problems resizing your photo and did your best to try and get us a photo in some way. You may want to try the optimizer program offered through this site for your photo. It takes a little time to figure it out but it works. Good luck.

If you are having trouble resizing or using the optimizer, you could try my method.

I scan all cards and covers at 600 dpi, and save them as TIF files, full sized. When I want to "show and tell" I select the pic, open it in my photo editor, resize usually between 20 and 30%, save as jpeg and upload. I find it very easy. Of course YMMV. Good luck.

Hi, Lawrence... at my age (67) life's too short to NOT be on Facebook...
I communicate with my entire family and my friends on that venue, as
well as participating in about a dozen stamp groups, and greater than
that number in my other hobby - 'vintage audio'... where I've met many
amazing electronics collectors, techs, and engineers...

Now... back to the block... SCF's re-sizer just isn't allowing this
600dpi image to resize... if I reduce it to 200K like it suggests,
the image will be too small to appreciate any detail.

I've just begun to be active, again on SCF after a 3 year hiatus...
their former auto-resizer worked fine versus the current...

I just tried scanning the blocks separately, and same result... SCF
is saying to reduce them to 200K, so I'll just have to give up...
