Basically, Scott # 596 is Scott # 581 with 11 x 11 gauge perforations instead of 10 x 10 gauge perforations just like Scott # 613 is Scott # 612 with 11 x 11 gauge perforations instead of 10 x 10 gauge perforations.

There were 6,700,000,000 stamps with this design printed. There are 15 known 596s. There may not be any more to find. I'd guess most of the stamps of this design have been checked at some point since the discovery of the coil waste stamps in 1963. Your chances are less than one in ten billion. The odds of winning the Powerball Lottery are one in 292 Million. You are literally 34 times more likely to win the lottery on a single ticket than discover a 596. And the payout is better too.
