Hi Guys,
I am presuming this stamp on the back is a time stamp showing just before 10am? I'm having difficulty knowing what to search for to get the answer!
Thanks in advance.

It is receiving timestamp. Your picture is too small - I can not read it on my laptop.

I live in Toledo. That address is in a sketchy neighborhood, although I think it was a solid middle class neighborhood in 1932. Interesting.

Yes, that's what it is. There a variety of interesting clock or time devices associated with special delivery mail - I suspect it would be an interesting area for someone to study. And it's always fun to see a special delivery postal card use...

It looks like Toledo and probably Ohio (pretty tough to tell, upper case) are inverted and reversed in the time dial. Can't read what is above that. Is the arrow pointing at 9:45?

Thanks again guys - I'm new to all this and it's a fascinating thing - Loving the history of it all and the thought of the hands touching these items!
I have uploaded a larger version for better viewing - Again thanks for all the input.
Cheers
