I have around 100 used stamps from the 90s, mostly 45 c - including Gilles Villeneuve #1647, a 1994 used S/S and a CAPEX 96 S/S (3rd issue). All used and perfect space fillers for a member starting his Canada collection.A few surprises (SQ 37e and 37b incl-
