Picked these up at an estate sale don't know a lot about stamps so i'm completely in the dark here. If anyone could help an tell me what I have or possibly could have would be much appreciated thanks. Took measurements was approximately the 19-1/4 by 22-1/2 mm.

Your stamps are Scott # 632, not 596... the measurements are the same for both.

Your stamp peforations measure 11 at the top and bottom and 10.5 at the sides...
to be a 596, all 4 sides would have to be 11...

Didn't know about the pref. 11 on all 4 sides for the #596. Appreciate the info thanks! I'm guessing a #632 would be common?

Imagine you walked the length of the shoulder of Interstate 90, from Boston to Seattle. Imagine you were looking for a diamond on the side of the road.

The diamond would represent a 596, and a piece of broken glass would represent a common 1c 4th bureau. They are incredibly rare, last I did the math I think it was literally something like 1 in 100,000,000.

i have this stamp , its measure 19.25 mm x 22.5 mm , doesn`t has WM , perf all sides 11 perfs ..
Is it Scott 596 ?

Agree with Bill... the stamp is 11x10.5 not 11x11

Petermegalley, just some friendly advice. Stop asking if these are 596's. In your original post we told you they weren't, then you started a new thread which the moderators nuked due to cross posting. Now you are asking again for a third time. No they are not.

Hi All,

My name is Theodore, I am from London, UK and have a collection of stamps. I am new to the identification process and would really appreciate some help.

I have three 1 cent Franklin stamps (See photo). Two I believe to be the same and one is slightly bigger. Could you please help me identify them?

Forget about measuring anything, that is the least reliable approach to identify them. Instead, start by determining the perforation gauge, You can learn more here
