1916 Washington Stamp With Slots

Can someone help me to identify this stamp so I can put it in the right place in my collection?

First, this is a stamp from an early vending machine, known as a "Schermack" Type III. (That's what the long holes on the right are, looks like it's been cut on the left otherwise, you'd be able to see the holes, or indentations of the holes on both sides.
The stamp it self appears to be a Type I (Scott 320) from what I can see, it's a little hard to determine with the cancellation in key places, but the ribbon on the neck line and toga are pretty weak, while the curves in the 2 are not particularly bold. As a Schermack III then Scott doesn't list values, if it were unused it would be $6.50. (See Vending and Affixing section, around page 565 in the Scott Specialized catalog).

Not a Scott 320. Most likely a Scott #409 or #482, depending on watermark. This is by far the most common of the Vending & Affixing Machine stamps and has very little value.
