Some old classic stamps have natural inclusion showing small yellow or black dots. Would this affect the grading of the stamps?

I'll defer to someone else to answer, however, I think that a tangential question is:
"at what point is an inclusion considered a fault?".

Usually the answer is "Does it show on the front? Then it will get called, and should affect a grade".

Personally, I think paper inclusions on the front are are pretty undesirable...especially if they go all the way through the paper. They can be brittle, and they be unattractive.

Paper inclusions on the back are like inclusions in the gum; they are undesirable, but not to the same degree as tnclusions on the face.

I make pencil notations to replace such stamps in my albums.

As I found out when I scanned this O10TCP4a It is a double transfer so I scanned it on the glass, no mount, first scan showed lint, remov ed proof, brushed it off, replaced, re scaned and got this image.
