Hi family, looking for your opinion what you think of this instrument.

Added all up (different dates for different actions) is $1.75.

Got this in a nice picture frame on the wall in my stamp room.

Hi, guess they had not received higher face value 1898 U.S. Revenue Series Stamps on the 2nd of July 1898. (only a guess of mine).

Does anyone have receiver dates on the higher face value revenue stamps?

Would you care to give us all a listing, would be most interesting.
