A Couple Questions On Imperf Blocks

Good evening all.
A couple questions on the two blocks pictured here. The Glendale 899-71 listing by PSS shows a price for an imperf pair and imperf block of four. can someone please advise if I have two imperf pairs or is this considered an imperf block of four? Second I do not see the SC# 611 St Louis Harding imperf block of four listed anywhere by PSS. Did I miss it somewhere?
These are both MNH if it matters.

The block on the right is an imperforate block. That means there are no perforations anywhere. The block on the left is two pairs imperforate in between. Not an imperforate block of four.

The block on the right is as you noted, Scott 611, which Scott specifies values for margin and center line blocks and a pair never hinged so a block NH should be at least 2x price. Not sure how the precancel changes the value as after all it's for a relatively large city.

You should look closely at the 1c block as that variety exists with a vertical row of blind perfs offset from the center. If it has the blind perfs it would be considered the normal completely perforated variety.

Thanks all for the responses. Don, please see pic of reverse. I did see a single perf hole on the bottom at your arrow but did not know what to make of it as there was no evidence of any other holes. So I assume based on other responses that this is a blind perf block?

Yes, I can see the row of blind perfs. These are the slight impressions where the pins did not punch all the way through. (You might be better able to see them if you look at the back at an angle.) Blind perfs are considered different then a true imperf piece and does not command the same value. Still an interesting block.

The Harding block would not be in the PSS Bureau catalog because it is not a bureau precancel. It is a PSS L-6. Unfortunately, even a single perforation hole makes the liberty pair not an imperf. That is why the true imperf's are rare/valuable.
