This was on a album page and marked on the page as Scott# 43 C. It has a (expertise?) mark on the back but looks to me like a forgery or a really poor print. See right side of stamp. Could someone please confirm my suspicion? Thanks all for looking and helping.

Looks like the 1875-1880 cream paper printing;(deep dark brown)..crude printing fault.
