Richard - remember that Gibbons prices are its elling prices for stamps that are without faults. In this case, the Seahorse appears to be foxed and the Jubilee 4 1/2d has a missing corner, so both will be worth little or nothing, unfortunately.
Catalog value of your 2/6 stamp is around £75 from Gibbons in VFU condition. Readily available elsewhere for 20 percent of that = £15 in VFU. Your stamp is not VFU so worth 10 percent of £15 = £1.50. The stamp is stained or foxed so worth much less again. On a good day on ebay you might get 0.50p but the quality is poor so no-one would buy it when a decent one can be had for only a few pennies more. The Victorian stamp is very poor and not worth anything except as a space-filler.
