Hi all

Reference the 1898 Revenue Series Commerce Stamps with normally mint examples come with a surcharged over printed and a varnish square.

Some years ago, maybe to many, I remember at a stamp show a dealer had a single one dollar R190 with the surcharge intact but without the varnish square.

Being I've never seen this stamp since or even heard about it, asking the membership if any one have heard or know where this stamp is located?
