Photobucket now charges its members for images to appear on sites like this. Otherwise all images stored there are blocked with this message. So, it is up to individual members to upload and store images here and not rely on links to where they have images stored. If that person is no longer a member or just hasn't got around to it, that's what you get.
Thank you, but I don't want to burden you. Before I ask questions here, I search for possible answers in the past, and run into dozens of missing scans.
