Agreed that it is a lovely vignette. The attractive vignette has little or nothing to do with Binghamton, New York. One might make a lovely collection of such choice of vignettes. I have seen an upstate New York check illustrated with the Rhode Island state seal and a Richmond, Virginia check illustrated with a west coast style lighthouse!
