Richard Hirsch's Katalogo de la Tuta Esperanto-Filatelio lists a good number of Esperanto cinderellas (glumarkoj) by year, but unfortunately it's pretty much useless for cinderellas that don't have a year printed on them. The BEA was founded in 1904, so it can't be any earlier than that. From its design I'd guess that it's probably no later than the 1930s.
