The leaping fish should be under the beaver's nose. You can see a couple of examples here:

Here's my copy of the Leaping Fish and below a smaller error dubbed the Leaping Minnow by Jim Watt. These are quite difficult to find. I believe they only appeared for a short time during the life of the plate.
