Thank you! It belonged to my grandmother and I found it in Canada section of her stamp collection. Trying to organize it better. Could you please tell me if it's Canadian pre-printed postal stationery?

No, it's from GB. The George V illustration is what is known as a "Downey head", after the illustrator of the earliest GV stamps.
