I recently took thee plunge and bought the'Classic edition of this album from Arpin and have been using it for the past few weeks.
This is like other Lighthouse albums, a top drawer album for serious collectors. I don't know if that is what I am but those pages sure look good with stamps in place. It is interesting how a stamp with 'issues' such as some of my earlies, stands out in an album like this- not in a good way. The Lighthouse line has redone some of their albums and many of them seem very specialized now. This one has spaces for rare watermark varieties. I hope to get volumes 2 and 3 up to 2010 soon.
This album has been discussed on here before. Id be interested to hear from others using it.
Ah ok - yes the blue binders with logos - they are sharp looking. Bit reminiscent of the Davos stylings. Think I'll stick with my old springbacks tho. Of the various Lighthouse binder types I seem to like it the best.
