You don't usually see these badly misperforated stamps still on a document.

Kind of weird why the user didn't just stick on a block of four, instead of four singles.

They might have been separated beforehand, they might have thought they needed room on the document, or something else. They weren't thinking about collectors when they used them, that's for sure.

The partial print and perfs on the sides do not seem to align with what would be the adjoining stamp, while the partial print on the bottom does. Perhaps it was a vertical strip of four that was separated in order to fit on the document. Just a thought.
