Rod, it's all about Portuguese stamps
Eg, the rotating star is various orientations off the star on the Portuguese Ceres issue (for those colonies with short area names so there was sufficient space for the stars at either side of the name)
...but the 'Fenda' has me stumped

'Prussian blue' - another particular 'philatelic colour' for several sought after shade varieties, eg UK, France, Norway
