Dear Stamp Community Family

Here I have a touristic vignette from Mexicali (Mexican City near Calexico) in Baja California.



Does anybody know this vignette?
When was it issued? In my opinion the design could be somewhere in 50s or 60s.

Thanks for any hint.

The graphics appear to indicate that you are probably correct on the dates, but it could be a little more recent. If you expose the label to long wave ultraviolet light you can see if there are chemical brighteners in the paper.
