Got My Refund From Ebay

I had order a catalogue from a seller in Malaysia. After waiting almos 2 months I contacted the seller. He said he would ship another one if I paid a registration fee. I did and still nothing. I contacted ebay and they refunded everything I paid as a credit.

Hi, just like this country, I've lived in Malaysia and you can find difficult people to deal with in both countries, especially on ebay!

My first thought was the mails in Malaysia can be problematic.

Did the refund actually come from e-Bay or a payment service such as Pay-Pay?

I believe that Buyers don't pay e-Bay at all.

It was issued by ebay as a redemption used during the paypal pay process. I already used it.
