I received these items in a stockbook of German locals, revenues and cinderellas. I have no clue what they are or what country they are from. Looking for some help from the knowlegable folks on the forum.

I think the single blue on white may be a Polish local or similiar from the WWI era.

The blue one is a 1919 "OKCA"(Russia - Army of the North), the others don't know, but not German :).

The top three stamps are Nepal, 1899 Issue one-half anna stamps. These examples have telegraph cancels and were issued after 1917 for telegraph duty.
