When it is a "blind" purchaser for the beginner collector that puts false trusts in a long-standing "highly rated" ebay seller bad things happen.....Hipstamp would not allows this on their site. Why does ebay?

Here's a #31 Type 1, if anyone's looking for one. I can't bid; I'm blocked for returning a coil stamp that was deemed fake. Their listings state(d) they'll pay for part of a bad cert. Don't count on it. They made a big stink over it & said it only applied to the "store items", not auction items.
