Just in case anyone was inspired to bid on this item, it is not in fact a "revenue stamp 1800s" but it is rather a small portion of a 50 cigar tax paid stamp.

Meaning that this fragment is essentially worthless.

Those stamps are long enough, maybe a dealer could sell them by section and make a little more money.
