Trying to identify the date of this stamp.

The stamp is flat plate.
The stamp has perforations of 11 1/2.
I cannot see or determine a watermark.

Would like to place stamp in my album but can't pin the date down.
Anyone have any guidance for me ?

There is no perf 11 1/2, it has to be either 11 or 12.

Perf. 12, either #335 or #378. Both watermarked issues. Check again for a watermark.
